The price of an operation should not be a mystery. At the first consultation I give you a fixed written quote and, if you need it, you can finance it: up to €10,000, with an answer within 24 to 48 hours.

Can you finance a rhinoplasty?
Yes. A primary rhinoplasty fits entirely within the financing, which goes up to €10,000 and is answered within 24 to 48 hours.
If you want to finance your rhinoplasty in Madrid, the first step is the first consultation: I examine you and give you the fixed quote, which depends on your case and on the technique your nose needs.
A secondary or revision rhinoplasty may go over that limit. In that case €10,000 is financed and the rest is paid directly.

How does financing work?
We help you submit an online application, and you have an answer within 24 to 48 hours. You finance the quote for your surgery, up to €10,000, and repay it in monthly instalments. The financing can also be in another person’s name, for example a family member. My team will explain the terms and conditions before the payment is formalised. To apply you need a payslip, your ID card (DNI) and a bank account number; if you are self-employed, your income tax return instead of the payslip. Financing is only available to residents of Spain.
What does the quote include?
Everything your surgery needs, with no extra costs afterwards. The written quote I give you includes:
- The consultation and the surgical plan.
- The operating theatre, the medical team and the anaesthesia.
- The pre-operative assessment and your hospital stay, as a day case or overnight depending on the operation.
- Post-operative garments, when the operation requires them.
- Post-operative care and follow-up appointments during the first year.
The costs of a re-operation, of complications and of anything not explicitly included in the quote are excluded. Do not worry, we have re-operation insurance.
If you have your operation with me after the first consultation, the cost of that consultation is deducted from the price of the surgery. I explain how follow-up works in Recovery and Post-Operative Follow-Up.
Where can I see the price of each operation?
On the page for each operation. The price depends on the operation and on your case: two people asking for the same surgery may need different techniques, which is why I give you the fixed price at the consultation.

How and when do I pay?
To book the date of your surgery you pay a deposit, and the rest is paid before the operation. You can pay by bank transfer or by card. If you finance it, the lender pays the financed amount and you pay the monthly instalments.

Can I finance any operation?
Yes. Financing does not depend on the type of operation but on the amount: up to €10,000.
What if my surgery costs more than €10,000?
That is the case with a facelift and some revision rhinoplasties. You finance €10,000 and pay the rest directly.
Can I apply if I am self-employed or do not have a payslip?
Yes. Instead of the payslip, your income tax return is required.
Does the financing carry interest?
Yes, in accordance with the rules set by Spanish banking legislation.
Is the first consultation deducted from the price?
Yes. The price of the consultation, in person or by video, is deducted from the price of the surgery if you have your operation with me. What the consultation is like is explained in The First Consultation.
Are follow-up appointments charged separately?
No. Post-operative check-ups are included in the price of the surgery during the first year, and I carry them out myself.
Does asking for a quote commit me to having surgery?
No. You take the written quote with you and decide afterwards, in your own time.
