• Implants: Polytech, teardrop shape, filled to 270 cc.
• Cup size change: B to C.
• Techniques: inframammary incision and dual plane implant position.
• Breast augmentation performed under general anesthesia and took 1 hour.
• Recovery period: 1 week.
