A young woman with a marked dorsal hump, a slightly long nose and a drooping tip. I performed a closed preservation primary rhinoplasty with ultrasonic technology, with no rib graft and no external scars. The photos were taken at 1 year, with the result fully settled: straight dorsum, shorter nose and lifted tip, and from the front the nose looks slimmer without losing its natural look.
