Quaternary rhinoplasty before and after: rib graft reconstruction, septoplasty and turbinates, woman

A patient operated three times before who came with a wide nose, no dorsal lines and an unsupported tip, plus breathing problems. I performed an open structural quaternary rhinoplasty: narrowing of the nasal bones with ultrasound, creation of the dorsal aesthetic lines, septoplasty and turbinate reduction, and reconstruction of the tip support with a rib graft.
