A young man with a collapsed nose after an injury: the dorsum had sunk and deviated and he breathed poorly. I performed an open hybrid post-traumatic rhinoplasty with ultrasonic technology and the Nouvag micromotor, rebuilding the nasal support with a cartilage graft from his own rib, which is what makes it possible to restore breathing in these cases.
