Hybrid ultrasonic rhinoplasty before and after: hump, drooping tip and deviated nose, woman

Hybrid Rhinosseptoplasty - Case AFI170225

A patient with a pronounced hump, a drooping tip and a deviated nose with asymmetric nostrils. I performed a hybrid open rhinoseptoplasty: ultrasonic system and micromotor to reshape the bone precisely, and a structural rib cartilage graft to support and define the tip. The photos, at 12 months, show a straight dorsum, a lifted tip and a centred nose, with symmetric nostrils in the base view. More about this technique on the ultrasonic rhinoplasty page.

Technique Used: Hybrid Open Rhinoplasty
Advanced Technology: Ultrasonic system and Nouvag micromotor for maximum precision
Structural Graft: Rib cartilage used for enhanced support and definition
Postoperative Follow-Up: 12-month evaluation, showcasing natural and harmonious results

Before & After photos were disclosed under patient´s authorization for demonstration purposes. Surgery results depend on the personal characteristics before surgery.
