Before & After pictures from a female patient with old breast implants, saggy breasts and enlarged areolas. Abdominal area with localized fat, loose skin and diastasis recti. Other localized fat areas include flanks and back. Patient wanted to achieve a flat belly and perky but smaller breasts.

• Age: 35.
• Mother of two.
• Height: 5’31″/ Weight: 123 lbs.
• Procedures: Breast lift with implant size change + liposuction + tummy tuck.

Breast lift with implant size change (to a smaller size)

• Technique: breast lift and areola reduction. Breast implants changed to a smaller size.
• Breast implants Mentor, round shape, 325cc on each side.
• Implant placement: under the muscle.
• Cup size before surgery: D.
• Cup size after surgery: C.
• Scar: inverted T.

Tummy Tuck + Liposuction

• Goal: remove excess fat and skin to restore to pre/pregnancy shape.
• Surgery: lipoabdominoplasty (tummy tuck + liposuction).
• Techniques:  belly, back and flanks liposuction, belly button repositioning, diastasis recti repair and excess skin removal. Part of stretch marks was also removed.
• Scar: above the pubic area.

Other Information

• Mommy Makeover performed under general anaesthesia and took 5.5h. Other procedures were also performed: arms, neck and inner tights liposuction, PRP to stimulate hair growing, fillers to improve hollow eyes and g-spot amplification.
• Recovery period: 15 days.
• Time between photos: 5 weeks.
