Face and neck lift before and after: sagging cheeks and jowls, woman

This patient came to me with what we call cervicofacial ptosis: sagging cheeks, jowls and a jawline that had lost its definition. I performed a deep plane face and neck lift, repositioning the fascia and muscles in depth rather than pulling on the skin. Social recovery takes around two to three weeks. The photos were taken four months after surgery: the jawline and the angle of the neck are redrawn, and the scar sits hidden in the fold of the ear, as the profile view shows.
