Face Lift - Case # 90260
This patient had a thin face and, above all, loose skin: sagging cheeks, jowls and a slack neck. I performed a cervicofacial lift under general anaesthesia, with the scars around the ears and about fifteen days of recovery. Hiding the scar is harder in a man, because of the short hair and the position of the sideburns, and the technique is adapted to achieve it: in the profile photos, taken nine months after surgery, it cannot be seen. The jawline and neck are tightened without changing his features. More about this surgery on the facelift page.
- Techniques: cervico-facial lift.
- Scars: around the ears.
- Anesthesia: general.
- Recovery period: 15 days.
- After photos taken: 9 months.
- Notes: in a male patient is more difficult to hide scars as there is not much hair and sideburns position. But it is possible to hide scars and achieve better results with specific techniques.
Before & After photos were disclosed under patient´s authorization for demonstration purposes. Surgery results depend on the personal characteristics before surgery.
