Upper and lower blepharoplasty before and after: eye bags and hooded eyelids, male

I operated on all four eyelids of this man in his forties in a single procedure: an upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin hooding his eyes, and a lower blepharoplasty to remove the fat bags that were shadowing the area under his eyes. It was done under local anaesthesia with sedation, and he was back to normal life within a week.
