This case presents the correction of tuberous breasts through a periareolar mastopexy with implant placement. The breast tissue was reshaped, the nipple-areola complex repositioned, and upper pole volume restored.
The result is a natural, harmonious breast shape that fits the patient’s body contour. At 2 months post-surgery, healing is progressing well and the scar is beginning to blend with the surrounding skin.
Before & After photos were disclosed under patient´s authorization for demonstration purposes. Surgery results depend on the personal characteristics before surgery.
