A case of tuberous breast deformity with asymmetry treated by glandular expansion and augmentation using round silicone implants.
Different implant volumes were selected (255 cc and 285 cc) to achieve optimal breast symmetry and projection.
At three months postoperatively, the patient demonstrates a well-balanced breast contour, improved lower pole expansion, and a natural shape with a fine scar concealed in the inframammary fold.
Before & After photos were disclosed under patient´s authorization for demonstration purposes. Surgery results depend on the personal characteristics before surgery.
