Patient with little breast tissue who wanted to increase size and achieve a more rounded shape. Patient asked for a natural result with the largest possible breast size but with the smallest possible implant size.

  • Procedure: Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting.
  • Implants: 400 cc on each side, round shape, medium profile.
  • Incision: inframammary.
  • Surgery performed under general anesthesia and took 2 hours.

Before & After photos were disclosed with the patient’s authorization for demonstration purposes. Surgery results depend on the personal characteristics before surgery.
