Closed ultrasonic rhinoplasty before and after: moderate hump, no scars, woman

A patient who wanted a better profile: she had a moderate hump and wanted no scars and no dramatic change. I performed a closed ultrasonic rhinoplasty, through the inside of the nose, with a moderate hump reduction, under general and local anaesthesia. She was back to normal life after 7 days. The photos, at 4 months, show a straight dorsum and a slightly lifted tip; from the front the change is barely noticeable, which is exactly what she was after.
