Bulbous nose rhinoplasty before and after: bulbous tip, dorsal hump and deviated septum, woman

A young woman who wanted to refine her bulbous nasal tip, remove the excess dorsum and correct a deviated septum. I performed an open ultrasonic rhinoplasty under general and local anaesthesia, with a 10-day recovery. The scar sits on the columella and is not visible in these views. The photos were taken only 1 month after surgery: the tip is already defined and the dorsum straight, although the result keeps settling over the first year.
