Primary Rhinoplasty and Mentoplasty - Case ACD211224
A woman in her forties with a dorsal hump, a drooping tip and a weak chin, two features that accentuate each other in profile. I corrected both in the same operation: a closed primary rhinoplasty, preservation hybrid, using ultrasonic technology and the Nouvag micromotor, together with chin augmentation with an implant. The photos were taken at 2 months, with the nose still in the swelling reduction phase, and the balanced profile is already visible: straight dorsum, lifted tip and projected chin.
