A woman in her mid-fifties with sagging cheeks, marked marionette lines and a neck that had lost its tone. I performed a deep plane face and neck lift: the deeper tissues are repositioned as a unit and the skin settles without being pulled. These photos were taken four months after surgery: the jawline is back, the neck is smooth and her face is still her own; in profile you can see the scar, a fine line that follows the ear and hides behind the lobe.
