Rhinoplasty in men before and after: hump and drooping tip, ultrasonic preservation technique

Ultrasonic rhinoplasty - Case SRY270623

A young man with a marked hump and a drooping tip who wanted a straight profile without an operated look. I performed a primary rhinoplasty with a hybrid preservation technique: the patient’s own dorsum is kept and the bone is reshaped with an ultrasonic micromotor, with no rib graft. The photos were taken at 45 days, with some swelling still in the tip: the dorsum is already straight and the tip lifted, with the natural result men usually ask for. More about this technique on the ultrasonic rhinoplasty page.
