Ultrasonic rhinoplasty - Case CR090623
A young woman who came for two reasons: she breathed poorly because of a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates, and she disliked her dorsal hump and a tip that dropped when she smiled. I performed a structural primary rhinoplasty with ultrasonic technology and, in the same operation, septoplasty and turbinoplasty to correct the breathing difficulty. The photos were taken at 10 months, with the result already settled: straight dorsum, a lifted tip that holds when she smiles and no visible scar.
