A woman in her fifties who came to me with sagging cheeks and neck and a jawline that had lost its definition. I performed a deep plane face and neck lift, which repositions the deeper tissues instead of pulling on the skin. These photos were taken just one month after surgery: the jawline is already defined, the neck smooth and her expression unchanged; the scar sits hidden in front of the ear and within the hair at the temple.
