Before & After pictures from a young patient that wanted to achieve a more balanced face contour. Patient wanted to correct nasal hump and improve tip definition.

• Techniques: open rhinoplasty approach with autologous cartilage graft, ultrasonic osteotomy and functional cornet correction.
• Scars: columella.
• Rhinoplasty performed under general anesthesia and took 2h.
• Recovery period: 1 week.
• After photos taken: 4 months.
