Rhinoplasty Clinical – Before & After – Case 2479

Before & After pictures from a 19 years old patient that wanted to correct nose hump deformity, correct nasal septum and improve breathing function. The patient had previously performed two rhinoplasties without achieving desired results.

• Techniques: revision third time rhinoplasty with open approach.  Septal and hump reconstruction and tip reshape and support through autologous rib cartilage.
• Scars: columella.
• Rhinoplasty performed under general anesthesia and took 3h.
• Recovery period: 1 week.
• After photos taken: 2 weeks.

Before & After photos were disclosed under patient´s authorization for demonstration purposes. Surgery results depend on the personal characteristics before surgery.
