Breast Augmentation – Before & After – Case 1129

Before & After pictures from a young patient with small and symmetrical breasts. Patient wanted to increase breasts ´ size and fulness.

• Age: 29.
• No children.
• Height: 5´57´´/ Weight: 25 lbs.
• Implants: Polytech, teadrop shape, filled to 315 cc.
• Cup size change: A/ B to C.
• Techniques: inframammary incision and sub muscular placement (patient is a sports teacher and therefore, pectoralis muscle strength and position were carefully evaluated to avoid future implant displacement.
• Breast augmentation performed under general anesthesia and took 1h.
• Recovery period: 1 week.
• After photos taken: 45 days post-op.

Before & After photos were disclosed under patient´s authorization for demonstration purposes. Surgery results depend on the personal characteristics before surgery.
