I performed a full blepharoplasty on all four eyelids and, in the same procedure, weakened the orbicularis muscle with an incision so the crow&#8217;s feet would soften permanently. Local anaesthesia with sedation, one hour of surgery and one week of recovery. The after photos were taken at six months, and no scar can be seen in any of the three: the upper one sits hidden in the eyelid crease.
