When expectations are unrealistic, when I believe that what I am being asked for cannot or should not be attempted, and when there is a risk to your health. Sometimes the answer is an operation, sometimes it is a different treatment from the one you had in mind, and sometimes it is not to have surgery at all.<\/p>\n

Saying so is part of the consultation. You leave with my opinion, even when it is not the one you expected.<\/p>\n

The centre of my practice is surgery of the face: the nose, with ultrasonic rhinoplasty<\/a>, and the face, with the deep plane facelift<\/a>. In both I aim for the same thing: a result that looks natural and that you feel is your own, without losing function. A nose has to breathe well as well as look good. Facial surgery is often combined with eyelid<\/a>, ear<\/a> and chin<\/a> surgery.<\/p>\n

I also perform breast and body surgery, the foundations of aesthetic plastic surgery.<\/p>\n

I am a specialist in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery. I trained in Italy, at the universities of Catania and Messina, and I hold an International Doctorate from the University of Navarra. I have practised in university hospitals in Italy, the United Kingdom and Spain, where I have worked since 2010, and I am certified to practise the specialty in Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n

I am a member of the Spanish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SECPRE), ISAPS and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), as well as SVNRA, the Interactive Plastic Surgery Network (IPSN) and AECEP. Surgeons from several countries come to Madrid to watch me operate live at the Intensive Live Surgery Course<\/a> in rhinoplasty, which I teach at Hospital HLA Universitario Moncloa and which held its 7th edition in October 2024. In 2018 I broadcast a breast microsurgery live to 4,000 surgeons. And in 2021 I founded the Interactive Aesthetic Fellowship<\/a>, a programme in which young surgeons from all over the world come to train.<\/p>\n

For you it means something concrete: I operate in front of other surgeons, and that means explaining and justifying every step.<\/p>\n
