I performed an open structural quaternary rhinoplasty: narrowing of the nasal bones with ultrasound, creation of the dorsal aesthetic lines, septoplasty and turbinate reduction, and reconstruction of the tip support with a rib graft. The photos, at 6 months, show a narrower, better defined dorsum and a supported, symmetric tip.
